HHS Advisory was established by Frank Petrus to provide public sector and non-profit leadership with executive level consulting support focusing on the transformation and redesign of key health and human services programs.  Frank brings more than five decades of state and local government experience in public sector health and human services and non-profits. He has been in executive leadership roles in state and local government and is a recognized national expert on public sector health and human services programs and management information systems. Frank has led several transformational efforts around “accountable care communities;” integration of behavioral and physical healthcare; person/family centered models of practice, and the application of information technology and predictive and performance analytics.
